I worked with Aaron's on a simple A/C fix for 1 month. Robert came out and looked at my blower and it took him about 3 minutes to understand the problem. It would have been a short time frame fix but we were dealing with the warranty company and Johnstone supply. Long story - but someone sent the blower to Wichita and then would not give my faulty blower back because of warranty issues. All this during a heat wave.
Anyway, five stars to the Aaron's team for taking my calls and practicing empathy for a month. This entire process was out of their control but they didn't charge me extra for the multiple trips they had to make to my home. They did a great job of explaining the issues and gave us pointers on how to keep our A/C running smoothly.
